Will of Marvin Hill – 1836 to 1922 I, Marvin Hill, of Bloomington, Nebraska, being of sound
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last
will and testament, as follows, to wit: FIRST. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,
Imogene G. Hill, all of my property, both real and personal, of any and every nature and
description, of which I may die siezed (sic) or possessed. SECOND. I hereby name, constitute and appoint my wife
executrix of this my last will and testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, the said testator, have hereunto
set my hand, this 29th day of May, 1912. Marvin Hill The foregoing instrument was on this 29th day
of May, A.D., 1912, signed, published and declared by the testator, Marvin Hill, to be his
last will and testament, in the presence of each of us, the undersigned, who thereupon, at
his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto
subscribed our names as the attesting witnesses thereof, the day and year last above
